Texas Holdem – Blinds

The amount of the blinds and antes in a game, will determine the size of the game. A big game will have a large blind of 50 cents. And a small game will probably have a small blind of 25 cents.

The first two betting rounds in our 25-50 cent game, would be 50 cents and the last two betting rounds would double the amount of the big blind, a one-dollar bet.

The larger the blinds, the bigger the game. In some games, the blinds have been as high as $25,000-$50,000, what can make the game bets equal to $50,000-$100,000!
